Thank you for shopping with Vieur. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards or other non-returnable goods.
How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Please email us at vieur24@gmail.com or use our online contact form to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Instructions: We will send you a return label and instructions. Returns are to be shipped back to our warehouse at the address provided in the return instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in your order.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at vieur24@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order details. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
